Dynamic, outgoing, playful, youthful 50s, well educated professional with a good sense of humor. i value my family and friends. I consider myself reasonably successful in the real estate field. I love what I do. I am looking for someone equally happy and successful in whatever field they have pursued. Someone who is confident and outgoing and is looking for an equal to share their life with. Someone whose heart is open to love, intimacy when the moment is right, playfulness, a great sense of humor, light heartedness, and an easygoing approach to life. Someone who is just as comfortable being casual as dressing up for an elegant evening out. No drama! If you are high maintenance in any aspect we will likely not be a good fit. I value honesty, communication, and intellect. I am open to meeting and embracing your family and introducing you to mine when the time is right.

Looking

Lately I have been spending a lot of time thinking and planning about how I want to spend the next segment of my life. Perhaps it's an age thing. I am divorced 12 years and have 15 year old son in HS. He lives with his mother and spends time with me as well. But soon he will be on his own. I love NYC, but quite honestly the arctic months following Christmas I could easily do without. At some point in the future I will certainly want to spend months elsewhere or travelling. I have family in both Scottsdale and LA that I enjoy spending time with. Just trying to figure out where I might ultimately call home...could still be NYC, could be elsewhere. It will depend in part on whoever I am with. I am open.

My Interests

I am a bit of a jack of all trades. I've remodeled several homes, built some of the furniture in my apartment, painted the artwork on my walls, restored antiques in my home, and bottled some of the wine in my cabinets. I tend to be a very "do it yourself" kind of guy and tend to call in for help only if I know something is really beyond my capability. To a degree, I am an artist that early in life understood that I could never really make a decent living at it, so I took the more sensible route and focused on a career. I do what I do so that I can do what I want to do.
