Ive lived all over the world and call Hawaii home now. When I lived in London, I traveled to Poland very frequently for work and fun. As weird as it sounds for an American to say, I miss all things Polish. :) The real food and the beautiful places like Zakopane, Krakow and Warsaw! I once joked that zurek and Wedel can cure any disease ... anyone agree ???
